  • Important: If submitting by mail, be sure to include the email address where we should return the completed lien release.

Processing Time

  • Lien release requests are typically processed within 48 hours from the time we receive them.

  • If your request requires notarization, a $30 processing fee will apply.

Types of Lien Releases

  • Conditional Lien Release: Issued when payment has been made but has not yet cleared. This is typically required before receiving full payment.

  • Unconditional Lien Release: Issued once payment has been fully received and confirmed. This serves as a final release of lien rights.
