· Transaction-Based Earnings – Suppliers receive payments based on the base rates they set at the time of booking acceptance, along with any applicable surge fees and back charges for overages.

· Optional Services – Downstream offers additional tools such as price optimization and access to capital, with fees varying based on the services selected.
