Can I rate Customers or block them from booking in the future?

Can I rate Customers or block them from booking in the future?

Suppliers have the ability to rate customers, but currently, they cannot block them from placing orders. Here’s what you can do:

Rating Customers:

  • Suppliers can rate customers based on their interactions and booking experiences. This helps maintain a high standard of customer conduct and provides valuable feedback for the marketplace.

Blocking Customers:

  • As of now, the platform does not support blocking customers from placing future orders.

What to Do:

  • If you encounter a problematic customer, we recommend rejecting their orders as a temporary solution. If this is related to an active booking rather than a new delivery, please reach out to customer support to place a dispute.

Requesting New Features:

  • If you believe that the ability to block customers would be beneficial, you can request this feature to be added. Visit https://feedback.trydownstream.com to submit your request and provide feedback.

By sharing your suggestions and feedback, you help us improve the platform and enhance the overall experience for both suppliers and customers.
