Eligibility Requirements

Only verified business users and equipment suppliers can inactivate listings on Downstream Marketplace. Ensure your account is verified before proceeding.

How to Inactivate a Listing

If you are out of inventory and need to temporarily remove a listing, follow these steps:

From Company Settings:

1. Go to Company Settings > Listings Management > Active Listings.

2. Find the listing you want to inactivate.

3. Click Edit next to the listing.

4. Change the availability status to Inactive or Unavailable.

5. Click Save Changes to update your listing.

6. Your listing will no longer appear in search results or be available for booking.

What Happens Next?

• Your listing will be immediately removed from public view.

• Any existing bookings will not be affected—your listing will only be unavailable for new reservations.

• You can reactivate your listing anytime by updating its availability status.
