What Are the Requirements for Becoming a Downstream Supplier?

Eligibility Requirements

To become a supplier on Downstream Marketplace, you must meet the following criteria:

· Registered Business – Your company must be legally registered and compliant with local regulations.

· Equipment Inventory – You must have available rental equipment that meets safety and industry standards.

· Verified Contact Information – A valid email, phone number, and business address are required for verification.

· Insurance & Compliance – Suppliers must carry the necessary liability insurance and comply with marketplace rental policies.

· Designated Payout Method – Suppliers can receive payment either via check or ACH. Checks will be mailed to the address provided, so it’s important for suppliers to ensure this information is up to date.

· Banking Information – A verified bank account is required to receive payments (if receiving payment via ACH.)
