Once your listings are live, follow these steps to start receiving bookings:

1. Keep Your Listings Updated

• Ensure your pricing, availability, and equipment details are accurate.

• Listings with clear descriptions, high-quality photos, and competitive rates attract more bookings.

2. Monitor Booking Requests

• You will receive booking notifications via email and your Downstream dashboard.

• Review the booking details, including rental duration, location, and customer information.

3. Accept the Booking

• Confirm the request promptly to secure the rental.

• If you need to make changes, communicate with the renter through the platform.

4. Arrange Pickup or Delivery

• Coordinate equipment handoff based on the terms outlined in the booking.

• Ensure the equipment is ready, clean, and in proper working condition before handover.

What Happens Next?
